the first time, PPL Park and Drexel University have teamed up to host
the 2012 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Quarterfinals at PPL Park. 2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball 2nd & 3rd Rounds
March 22-24
Temple University has been selected to host the 2013 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship 1st and 2nd round games at the Wells Fargo Center, continuing Temple's history as host of the NCAA Championships. Philadelphia estimates that this event will generate nearly 5,000 hotel room nights for the region and an economic impact of almost $10M.

all you die hard hockey fans, Philadelphia will be hosting the 2014
Frozen Four college hockey championship at the Wells Fargo Center. "The
Frozen Four is one of the premier national championships and a showcase
of hockey's top collegiate student athletes," said Comcast-Spectacor
President Peter Luukko. Hockey fans from all over the region are able to
show their passion and support at this awarding event as well as be a
part of young ice hockey players in action.
